Andrew Katakis
Andrew is a native of Turlock, and has an extensive familiarity of the communities within Stanislaus County. He has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Andrew graduated in 1986 from CSU Stanislaus with a degree in Accounting and later went on to be a top producer and branch manager for National City Mortgage. After 15 years in the mortgage industry, Andrew decided to pursue his interest in real estate by applying his talents as an entrepreneur and founding California Equity Management Group, Inc., a real estate investment company specializing in foreclosures. The growing company, under Andrew’s leadership, exceeded all expectations year after year. In response to the company’s success and a desire to provide service to a broader range of clientele, the division named Granite Realty was born in 2003.
Andrew’s exceptional negotiating and problem solving skills have helped him become a leader in the industry. Andrew firmly believes that success is a product of hard work and dedication. Andrew and the staff at Granite Realty are committed to working hard to help their clients achieve or surpass their goals in real estate.
Melissa Katakis
Melissa graduated from the University of Illinois in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies. Prior to obtaining her real estate sales license in 2004, Melissa gained a well rounded background in the real estate industry. Her expertise comes from previous employment as a paralegal specializing in real estate contracts and title insurance followed by several years experience as a residential loan funder and a commercial/residential property manager.
Melissa strives to maintain a professional and honest, yet personal relationship with her clients. She believes in listening to her clients needs and providing reliable service with integrity. Whether buying or selling, Melissa is committed to you and your goals.
