Melissa Katakis

Melissa graduated from the University of Illinois in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies. Prior to obtaining her real estate sales license in 2004, Melissa gained a well rounded background in the real estate industry. Her expertise comes from previous employment as a paralegal specializing in real estate contracts and title insurance followed by several years experience as a residential loan funder and a commercial/residential property manager.

Candie Thompson

Candie, originally from the Oakland Bay Area, has resided in the Modesto, Turlock area for 8 years. She graduated from Community Business College in 2005 specializing in Property Management. Candie is employed by California Equity Management Group as the On-Site Leasing and Property Manager for New Century Town Homes in Turlock. Candie takes pride in providing a safe and friendly environment for her tenants.
